Introduction

Lukhona is a Hip Hop artist, part of Cape Town s premier rap group called ILL LITERATE SKILL.

To date the crew has 3 independent projects under its belt; Another Day-Another Rhyme EP (2006), Battle of Guguletu mix tape volume 1 (2006) and volume2 (2008). We are currently working on our debut full length album and have recently incorporated a live band. We were number 1 on Hype Magazine’s top 5 unsigned artists and were featured in its January 2008 issue. We were also featured on Street Journal (SABC1) in April this year.
