Elsabé was a guest lecturer at Stellenbosch University’s journalism department for 12 years and at the US drama department for 14 years. Since 2001 she presents workshops in communication and projection skills at the University of Stellenbosch Centre for Teaching and Learning. Since 2005 she periodically presents Media and Communication Studies for post graduate students. This private, year course is accredited by Stellenbosch University.
During lockdown 2020 Elsabé records poetry for RSG as well as children stories for the Otto Foundation. Rasende Ryme goes on line via innibos Digitaal and live at Kleinmond Central Cafe. A newly written two hander stage play by Gaerin Hauptfleisch is pitched for Aardklop 2021.
