BIO
Walter van Dyk was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is a professional actor in film and television, recently filming with Jodie Foster and Shailene Woodley on The Mauritanian directed by Kevin MacDonald, and with Sienna Guillory and Lindsay Duncan on A Banquet directed by Ruth Paxton. He filmed early in 2021 with David Tennant on the TV series Around the World in 80 Days, a France Télévisions co-production as part of Alliance. Other television includes Harley and the Davidsons, London's Burning, Birds of a Feather, The Detectives, the Lynda la Plante series Framed and the BBC Screenplay Can't Stop me Dreaming. In theatre he has worked extensively in London's West End in Olivier Award nominated shows.
