Tapfuma first ventured into radio at Rhodes University’s RMR. He was soon snatched up by Heart 104.9fm, where he presented a weekend sports show for a year, then he moved on to Sportswrap, Cape Town’s first hour long, daily sports show, before teaming up with Aden Thomas and Julian Naidoo on the Heart Breakfast Show.
Tapfuma also hosts Saturday Weekend Breakfast, helping you kick start your Saturday mornings from 6am. When he’s not on air, he’s one of the voices behind Top Billing and Dr’s Orders on SABC 3, as well as Columbia Trail TV on Supersport. Tapfuma is also a presenter on eNCA’s Tech Report. He also takes on the role of Master of Ceremonies at several events, including the 2012 edition of the Gary Player Invitational in Durban, Engen Petroleum’s sponsorship announcements in 2011, 2012 and 2013, as well as the opening of South Africa’s first cashless fashion boutique, The Exchange in Cavendish Square.
